Why Should I Calibrate?
Lifetime Accuracy:
All instruments lose accuracy over time due to normal usage and the environmental conditions to which they are exposed. Periodic calibrations maintain the accuracy of your devices throughout their lives.
Quality Control:
Routine calibrations that include both before and after calibration data are the only ways to prove that measuring instruments are accurate and can identify out-of-tolerance conditions. Regulatory Compliance: A variety of regulations, including the FDA, GMP, HAACP, USDA, ISO 9000, ISO 14000, JCAHO, CDC, and EPA, require strict adherence to regular calibration schedules and documentation of instrument monitoring accuracy.
